You can choose for us to organise, coordinate and monitor your conference, or to organise the conference yourself on the web portal.

The simple-to-use web portal allows you to organise and monitor:

  • Conference calls (dial-in and dial-out)
  • Presentations (Power Point)

How it works

Step 1:

 The moderator dials in with the access number and a special PIN on their fixed-line or mobile phone.
Step 2:

 The other participants also dial in. The conference call is set up.
Step 3: To exchange presentations you simply need to log onto the web portal on a PC or laptop; here you can exchange data directly.
