Im Live Experience Center von Swisscom können Kunden die Tools einer modernen Communications & Collaboration-Lösung live erleben und zusammen mit den Swisscom Experten direkt einen individuellen Lösungsvorschlag erarbeiten.

Direct messaging, desktop-sharing, video conferences via laptop and high-resolution monitors. These are all possible applications and tools that are often mentioned in conjunction with Unified Communications & Collaboration. The latest product in the area of modern collaboration is the Collaborative Whiteboard. On this large digital whiteboard, documents can be edited jointly from different locations. The great thing about it is that any changes that are made by hand directly on the whiteboard are also entered automatically in electronic form in the original document on the computer. This eliminates the tedious task of incorporating written notes and changes into the electronic document.

This may all sound rather good – but who wants to buy a pig in a poke? You need to experience a modern communications & collaboration solution to really get an idea of what it is. This is exactly what the Swisscom Live Experience Center allows you to do. Since March, interested customers have been able to visit the center to experience the communications & collaboration solution and try it out for themselves – from direct messaging and desktop-sharing to the Collaborative Whiteboard. And testing the solution is not all you can do there. Together with Swisscom experts – either in person on site or via a video conference link – customers can develop a solution straight away that is tailored to meet their specific needs. They can then take an individual guideline quotation away with them at the end of the demonstration. So far, more than 100 customers have seized this opportunity. Interested customers can contact their account manager at any time.
