Even before a service engineer arrives on the customer’s premises, he has already been briefed, with not only the order but also the entire history of the object to be repaired appearing on his mobile device. Even special notes such as “beware of the dog” are listed. Once the engineer has completed the task at hand, the customer confirms the report on site and it is then immediately transmitted to head office. The customer receives the bill within a week. As the job is still fresh in the customer’s mind, E-Service AG receives practically no queries.

Thanks to the mobile data solution, E-Service AG has greatly reduced its administrative outlay. The accelerated processes and shorter response times ultimately benefit customers, as their machines, equipment and systems are repaired more quickly.
