The Fondation des Services d'Aide et de Soins à Domicile provides people in the canton of Geneva with home-based medical and social support – ranging from supplying meals to comprehensive care. This high-quality service is delivered by 1,900 staff in four centres and 20 smaller support points.
Carers are constantly connected to headquarters via handheld devices or smartphones. They can access and update client files regardless of location. A sophisticated voice command function also enables them to input data via landlines or mobile phones. The system additionally includes a resource planning function. Changes are made online and communicated immediately to those concerned.
The solution is based on MedLink, a solution from the
Medical Link Service.
