The Pestalozzi Group is a Swiss family company established over 200 years ago. It is a leading provider of solutions in the field of construction technology, steel technology and building shells, and employs 300 members of staff. A total of 75 employees at five different locations are involved in housing services, supplying quality products for sanitary, heating and industrial installations.
Customers use the haustech mobile solution to place their orders directly from their warehouses via mobile phone. This simple procedure involves recording item barcodes using a mobile phone camera. Orders are then passed directly to the Pestalozzi order processing system. As well as the customer ordering process, internal order processing has been fully automated. Customers in particular benefit from this, as they receive their goods quickly and easily in the next delivery.
