What you need

You would like to draw, write and highlight just like on a flip chart and move and edit the individual elements using your hands or the pen. At the end, you would like to save your sketches or convert them to PDF and e-mail them to the participants.

What we offer

You move and edit the individual elements using your hand, finger or a pen. Shapes and handwritten text can easily be converted to an editable format, saved or e-mailed to the participants as a PDF. In combination with Unified Communications, participants at different sites can work on the same Digital Whiteboard at the same time.

Services at a glance

  • Multi-touch technology and hand-gesture input mean you can write, draw, zoom, move and delete using simple hand gestures.
  • Intuitive operation directly via the interface of the whiteboard using a pen, your finger or your hand.
  • Input recognition of simple shapes (circles, squares, triangles, arrows, etc.) and automatic display as graphics. Conversion of notes into editable text thanks to handwriting recognition.
  • Multi-touch interactions between the whiteboard and computer applications. Touch recognition is compatible with applications such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Acrobat, etc. You can edit and create documents using the digital whiteboard (Mac and Windows compatible).
  • In combination with UCC solutions, such as Microsoft Lync and Microsoft Live Meeting, it is possible to work on the same document using the desktop or on several digital whiteboards at different sites.
