What you need

You would like to install public phones on your company premises for guests and customers, and want a choice of different models.

What we offer

The Publifon® range has the model to meet your needs, and those of your customers and guests. You can choose between robust, vandal-proof models for outdoor areas and practical phones with a plastic casing for protected indoor environments. You can also choose the means of payment: Coins, Taxcard® or credit card. You define the basic surcharge and charge unit and consequently your contribution margin, and earn commission from the sale of Taxcards®. You do not incur any additional costs for billing. You only pay for the costs incurred as a result of the actual calls made. You can purchase the Publifon® or lease it for a low price.

Services at a glance

  • Purchase (2 year material guarantee) or low-cost rental
  • Means of payment: Coins (Swiss francs, euros), Taxcard® and credit card
  • Swisscom pays the commission arising from credit card calls
  • Coin insertion: The coin slot allows a mixture of Swiss francs and euros to be inserted. At the end of the call, unused coins are returned in both currencies.
  • Security: The Publifon® connection with a separate connection line prevents misuse.
  • Settlement: For phones that take cards only, settlement takes place with the monthly invoice, raised fully automatically. For coins, you can choose whether you or Swisscom empties the phones.
