The Taxcard® patient terminals from Swisscom provide a simple solution based on the familiar Taxcard®. They are compatible with any common private branch exchange or management system. Swisscom provides the Taxcard® patient terminals and media terminals, so you do not have to invest in new terminals. Swisscom is responsible for operation, maintenance and IT support, as well as for billing the telephone and TV charges. Together with Swisscom, you set the connection charges, and choose between the “turnover” and “rental” model.
