The Stollenwerkstatt association in Aarau offers jobs on the second job market at seven locations, providing people with important skills and expertise that will help them to get back into work. Constant expansion of the association’s activities gave rise to the wish to modernise and centralise its telephone system.

Using an Ascotel IntelliGate network, Swisscom integrated all the association’s sites into a single, homogeneous telephone system. Ever since, Stollenwerkstatt employees have been able to configure and manage connections by mouseclick. Together with the fact that modern functions such as dialling from the e-mail program have increased efficiency, this solution is having a positive effect on operating costs.
