UCC at Swisscom a complete success
The film about the major project
At Swisscom, we not only sell our products, we also use them ourselves. As part of a major project, we implemented Unified Communications & Collaboration (UCC) throughout the company. Since June 2010, 20,000 employees have been phoning and working with UCC.
Employees became accustomed to this new way of working in just a few months. Initial teething problems were quickly overcome and employees were quick to learn. The possibilities of UCC are now used intensively and have become indispensible: presence display, making calls via mouse click, ad hoc phone or video conferences, screen sharing, joint document editing, etc.
Swisscom has demonstrated that it can successfully implement UCC projects of this size. Our customers can benefit directly from our experience and procure efficient corporate communications as a Managed Service.
