Prepare your computer so that the Networktest gives you a reliable result.

Here's how it works in 4 steps:

1. Update your computer
   So that nothing slows you down. Install all updates for the operating system and programs.
2. Close all programs
   Close running apps and background services (e.g. downloads, cloud sync, streaming). If you pause your virus protection briefly, reactivate it immediately after the test.
3. Test with a network cable instead of Wi-Fi
   Connect your computer directly to the Internet Box using a network cable and switch off the WLAN on the computer.
4. Disconnect other devices
   Disconnect other devices from the Internet Box or pause their Internet use.
