24/7 roadside assistance
Example: After a fall, you cannot continue your journey due to the damage. Roadside assistance must be called out to transport the bicycle to a repair workshop. You will incur additional costs as you will need a replacement e-bike for the rest of your holiday. In addition, you have to extend your hotel booking by one night so that you can take the repaired e-bike home with you afterwards.
