1) Money-back guarantee only applies for new Vivo subscriptions. Once services are activated the contract may only be cancelled within 14 days. The Vivo subscription fee and any activation costs are waived, the cost of hardware purchased for Vivo and returned will be refunded. Offerings used (Video on Demand, Teleclub Live Sport Events etc.) up to return will be billed. No expenses incurred for home installation or building works will be refunded. In the case of Teleclub or Canal plus subscriptions the full remaining fee for the minimum one-year term must be paid. The customer is not entitled to claim a right of return or money-back guarantee if they take advantage of a free or discounted home installation or place their order or purchase over a third-party channel (mobilezone, Fust, Post Office etc.).
