A different kind of vocational school: if you complete your apprenticeship in the Lernvolution model, you have the unique opportunity to organise your training flexibly and individually.
You decide when, where and how you complete the various training modules. You put together your own training programme in close cooperation with your competence coach at the vocational college and your learning support from Swisscom. This allows you to optimally harmonise the practical projects at Swisscom and the theoretical content of the vocational school.
If you feel fit enough in a subject, you can even take the module exam directly. You also decide whether you want to study at the vocational college, at Swisscom or remotely at home. Regardless of the location, you can rely on competent support, as you will always receive personal assistance from your competence coach at the vocational college until you complete your apprenticeship.
