A quick chat with Mary and Tom Poppendieck

It was an honour to have them around for a whole day and to learn from them during a talk, a lunch with the Agile Coaches, a workshop with the management and a fireside chat in the evening. Shortly before Mary’s input talk in the morning, we had the pleasure to catch both of them, Tom and Mary, for a quick chat on how they got into IT, Lean and Agile, the developments in IT that surprised them the most, what they think will be next after Agile, Lean and DevOps, and what they recommend to organizations to make new forms of collaboration work.
