After training as a chef, I wanted to try my hand at something new and changed career twelve years ago to join Swisscom – initially in the business customer call centre before later joining the support team and My Swisscom Business customer portal development team. Today, I design processes that make my customer-facing colleagues’ work easier for them – and that benefit companies.

My Pâtisserie «Fleur de Sel» started out as a hobby and is my creative balance to the mental strain of the office. I offer handmade desserts online under my own brand and love doing so. Perhaps I’ll even have my own physical shop one day.

People are at the heart of everything I do. The same thing drives me in every area of my life: the desire to support others, promote collaboration and offer empathy.
