In my role at Swisscom, I focus on developing the organisation and its people by strengthening leadership and shaping the culture we need for continued success. For me, successful transformation lies in translating our values into everyday behaviour – how decisions are made, how leaders create clarity and how teams work together. A good example is how we approach AI: the topic brings a lot of expectations, uncertainty and urgency. As leaders, our job is to help the organisation stay focused, build capability step by step and create the conditions for trust, accountability and learning, so that people feel able to act with confidence.
I often see leaders expecting organisations to change without starting with themselves. For me, the two belong together. Anyone looking to shape change has to be willing to question what they know and regularly step outside of their comfort zone.
