As a Talent Manager, my role is to support employees with their professional development and career progression. For me, the best moments are when someone realises, “There’s more in me than I thought.”
Supporting people in their development has been a constant thread throughout my life. Nine years ago, I transferred from the Marketing department at Swisscom to HR and Organisational Development. At the same time, I started a degree in psychology, and am now deepening that knowledge with a master’s degree. It has always been fascinating to me how small steps can open up new avenues and build self-confidence. Development is rarely linear, which is precisely why I find it so exciting.
I find balance in my everyday life through exercise, spending time with family and friends, and some me-time. When I work in Zurich West, I walk 30 minutes to and from the office morning and evening, which does me the world of good.
