We see a Switzerland that excels itself in sport. We are passionately committed to Swiss sport and Swiss athletes, and to everyone who shares our enthusiasm for unique experiences.
Swisscom is main sponsor of the Swiss-Ski skiing federation and partner to all World Cup races in Switzerland. We support the Swiss ski racers in their top achievements with, among other, racing outfits designed by us. We also partner the FIS Alpine Ski World Championships St. Moritz 2017 and as main sponsor of the House of Switzerland give fans and athletes an opportunity to mingle.
Motivation makes the difference. So we are providing the Swiss-Ski athletes with some special support for the alpine Ski World Championships 2017 from 6 to 19 February 2017 in St. Moritz. GPS-controlled robots will write fan messages in the snow. The messages are either directed to the entire Swiss national team or a favourite athlete. Join in from 6 January 2017 and fire on our Swiss team to top performances.
Through the sponsorship of the Swisscom SnowDays initiative, we are enabling 100,000 snow sport fans over the next years to experience a day in the Swiss Alps and promoting winter sport enjoyment for young and old.
The Patrouille des Glaciers is one of the world’s toughest, most demanding and most mythical ski touring races. The 18th edition will be held in 2018. Swisscom will be collaborating with the Swiss Army for the seventh time in order to provide a seamless GSM network along the whole 53km route from Zermatt to Verbier.
As sponsor of the Swiss Football League, Swisscom is a partner of the Raiffeisen Super League and the Challenge League. Our aim is to make Swiss football more attractive. With Swisscom TV, we bring live goals to the fans on their TVs, laptops and smartphones.
