Corporate Real Estate Management is the competence centre for everything related to Swisscom real estate, representing Swisscom Real Estate Ltd as owner and landlord. We advise all Swisscom business units on real estate issues across the entire real-estate life cycle. Our goal is to ensure adequate and flexible availability of space and related services.
The right property at the right time in the right place: we develop Swisscom’s real estate, site and property strategies. We continuously analyse the existing portfolio and align it with core business needs.
As building contractor representatives and consultants, we safeguard the interests of investors and users for all of Swisscom’s new construction and conversion projects. This includes long-term investment planning as well as defining expansion standards and their quality assurance during implementation.
Invest in the portfolio or sell, rent? We implement our property strategy by constantly anticipating the impact of business developments on existing properties. With strategic partners, we operationalise space management with the aim of achieving efficient building utilisation.
