The SME segment offers the whole range of products and services. Its portfolio covers fixed-line and mobile telephony, Internet and data services as well as the maintenance and operation of the IT infrastructure. Small and medium-sized enterprises receive integrated solutions tailored to their needs: compatible connections, secure access, professional services and intelligent networks. It also includes the online directories and phone book business.
Swisscom's NATEL® business infinity offers mobile flat rates for unlimited surfing, sending SMS messages and making calls in all networks, which are specially tailored to SME needs. They can be combined with the My SME Office, Business Telephony, Business Internet and Business Services packages. Business service solutions, which are customised to SME needs in the areas of communication and collaboration, marketing and sales, HR and financial management, are also available.
Unique coverage, excellent voice quality and top Internet speeds: thanks to technical innovations, our mobile broadband network offers a better service to more customers. Our network has been repeatedly acknowledged in independent tests. And we also insist on the best quality internationally, by cooperating with leading national mobile service providers.
The total revenue generated in Switzerland's telecommunication market is estimated at CHF 13 billion annually. We are the market leader in the mobile telephony and broadband sectors in the Swiss residential customer market. Our mobile market share is 59%, ahead of Sunrise at 22% and at Salt 19%. Our broadband market share is 54%, while cable network operators hold 34%. With a market share of 29% in digital TV, we share first place with UPC Cablecom (29%), while other cable providers provide 27% and satellite or antenna-based reception accounts for 12%.
In Switzerland 3,500 customer advisors attend to our customers' concerns, take twelve million calls on the free hotline, reply to four million e-mails and letters and serve six million customers in our Shops. Customers manage their own personal data, subscriptions and bills in the digital customer centre. Over the past years we have converted more than 120 Shops nationwide into worlds of experience, in which customers can try out all products. In 40 of our Shops we operate special SME centres staffed by SME experts who advise on customised business solutions.

For financial reporting purposes, the business divisions of Swisscom are allocated to individual segments based on the management structure. The 2015 financial reporting is broken down into the segments Swisscom Switzerland, Fastweb and Other Operating Segments. Swisscom Switzerland covers the segments Residential Customers, Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises, Enterprise Customers, Wholesale and IT, Network & Innovation. Other Operating Segments mainly comprises Participations and Health. Group Headquarters, which primarily includes the Group divisions as well as the employment company Worklink, continues to be reported separately.
