It also includes the online directories and phone book business.

Service excellence

In Switzerland 3,500 customer advisors attend to our customers' concerns, take twelve million calls on the free hotline, reply to four million e-mails and letters and serve six million customers in our Shops. Customers manage their own personal data, subscriptions and bills in the digital customer centre. Over the past years we have converted more than 120 Shops nationwide into worlds of experience, in which customers can try out all products.
