Thomas Wettstein

Thomas Wettstein has been Head of Business Customers and a member of the Executive Committee of Swisscom Schweiz on an interim basis since September 2026. After studying Business Information Technology and Finance at the University of Fribourg, he graduated as a Doctor of Philosophy (Dr. rer. Pol.). He subsequently completed further courses in Executive Management at Harvard Business School, in Board Management at the University of Saint Gallen and at IMD. Prior to joining Swisscom, Thomas Wettstein was CEO of the IT service provider Avectris. At the start of 2021, he moved to Swisscom Business Customers and took over responsibility for the IT business. He drives the development of the solution and service business for business customers in a variety of leadership roles. Having taken over as Head of Business Customers, he is currently responsible for the entire Business Customers division at Swisscom Switzerland.
