On completion of the last share buyback in 2006 and capital reduction (by 4.9 million shares) Swisscom currently holds 51.8 million shares. The Swiss Confederation significantly reduced its shareholding (by 5.6%) in 2013. Swisscom's majority shareholder currently holds 51%.
