New: COMBOX® basic for NATEL® easy

As of 1 November 2000 Swisscom Mobile will also offer COMBOX® basic to NATEL® easy customers. All Swisscom customers can now use this extremely practical answering machine on Swisscom"s mobile network in Switzerland and abroad. If they are away from the phone, making a call themselves, have their mobile phones switched off or simply do not want to be disturbed, COMBOX® basic will answer any calls and record any messages

Customers who already have NATEL® easy have to activate COMBOX® basic themselves. The procedure couldn´t be easier: install COMBOX® basic by simply calling 00800 55 64 64 66 (the same number as for reloading credit), select menu item 2 and follow the voice instructions.

When making the first call, customers are automatically connected with the number 00800 55 64 64 66 where they can select their required language by keypad. COMBOX® basic is set up automatically. Customers are then connected to the number originally dialled.

Call forwarding to COMBOX® basic and notification of received messages are free of charge. The corresponding NATEL® easy charges apply to the installation of COMBOX® basic and listening to messages.
