Swisscom launches electronic fixed-line billing

With online access, Swisscom customers can view their current fixed-line bills round the clock. They can log on simply and conveniently at undefined and gain an immediate overview of their latest telephone bills. The security key for eBill is called PowerGate. PowerGate offers secure 128-bit encryption for data transmission and meets the highest possible security standard.


Internet instead of paper

eBill also shows all calls made during the current month as well as the actual costs. Customers can view their data on clearly structured charts, access their billing data anywhere anytime (requirement: Netscape Navigator version 4.x or higher or Internet Explorer version 4.x or higher), dispense with delivery of paper bills and benefit from a fully electronic, paperless form of payment.


Bluewin and Directories bills displayed electronically

Bluewin and Directories bills can also be viewed on the Internet. It is not yet possible, however, to call up Swisscom Mobile bills. The bill amount can be paid directly using Swiss Post´s "Debit Direct" or other direct debit service. eBill - a free service from Swisscom - is convenient, transparent, straightforward and quick.
