From December, top up NATEL® easy with your Postcard at any Postomat
28 November 2002
Beginning on 2 December 2002, PostFinance and Swisscom Mobile are offering all NATEL® easy customers the option of topping up their call credits at Postomat ATMs. You can thus add the desired amount to your mobile phone, in Switzerland and Liechtenstein, regardless of the time of day.
This new service is available to anyone with a Postcard or Postcard Conto who wishes to top up a NATEL® easy or NATEL® easy kid number. It's really easy: when you insert your Postcard in the Postomat, you'll see "Swisscom NATEL® easy Reload" under "Other function". You then enter your NATEL® easy number and the desired amount. You'll receive a text message (SMS) to confirm that the top-up has been executed. This new top-up option is not only intended for your own personal use: if you enter a NATEL® easy number that is not your own, you can give someone a gift in the form of call credits. You don't need to register for this free service.
A special introductory offer applies during December 2002 to make this new service attractive to NATEL® easy customers: Swisscom Mobile will add 50% of the desired amount free to anyone who tops up call credits during this period for the first time. For example, if you select 100 Swiss francs, Swisscom Mobile will credit your phone with 150 Swiss francs.
First joint project between PostFinance and Swisscom Mobile
PostFinance and Swisscom Mobile are planning a long-term cooperation. "NATEL® easy Postomat Reload" is the first joint project. Another goal will be to offer customers of both companies joint products in the mobile payment field, i.e. the option of paying for goods by mobile phone.
