New supplementary fault repair services

In addition, Service standard will continue to offer basic service provision at no additional cost. This includes fault repair from Monday at 8 a.m. until Friday at 5 p.m.

Service plus comprises fault repair within 24 hours from Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. and on Saturdays between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. The service costs CHF 4.80 per access per month. In addition, customers are provided with free call forwarding (Service 21) in the event of a fault and are kept up to date on the progress of fault repair; final notification is also provided when fault repair is complete.

With the Service premium offering, faults are repaired within six hours from Monday to Sunday between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. This service also includes call forwarding and notification of progress and completion in the event of a fault. Service premium costs CHF 14.80 per access per month.

Irrespective of the service subscription selected, faults may be reported around the clock by calling 175.
