Fixed-network billing online provides full cost transparency by enabling customers to view their detailed billing statement and call charge data for the current month online anytime. In addition, the call charge data are updated three times daily. Electronic payment options offer further benefits: already today, with "fixed-network bill online" and "yellowbill" from PostFinance, customers can pay their Swisscom fixed-network bills online via a Yellownet account, with three mouseclicks.
A new and equally simple payment method now open to customers is via their bank account using "fixed-network bill online" and "PayNet".
By launching this donation campaign, Swisscom Fixnet is underlining its responsibility towards the environment. Energy-saving projects and the disposal of terminal equipment and network components in an environmentally friendly manner have long been standard practice at Swisscom Fixnet. A more recent commitment is the purchase of "naturemade star" eco energy.
