Top up your prepaid card at any SBB ticket vending machine

01 November 2004

Swisscom Mobile NATEL® easy customers can now top up their call credit at any SBB touch-screen ticket vending machine. This means that prepaid customers can now top up their NATEL® easy cards around the clock at more than 1100 SBB ticket vending machines all over Switzerland. Customers who top up their cards at an SBB ticket vending machine between now and 30 November, 2004, will receive a 20% bonus credit in addition to their top-up amount.

New! Prepaid card credit can be topped up at any of more than 1100 SBB ticket vending machines. Effective immediately, NATEL® easy customers can take advantage of this new top-up option seven days a week, 24 hours a day. Payment can be made in cash (Swiss francs or euro), with all major credit cards or a Postcard.

Five steps to topping up

This is how quickly and easily a prepaid card can be topped up at an SBB ticket vending machine:
1. Touch the ticket vending machine touch-screen.
2. In the main menu, select the required language and press "Other services".
3. Select "Swisscom Mobile".
4. Enter and confirm your mobile number.
5. Select the required top-up amount (min. CHF 10, max. CHF 300) and make your payment using a suitable method. You will be sent a free SMS message confirming your payment. The new amount will be credited to your account as soon as payment has been received.

20% more credit until 30 November 2004

NATEL® easy customers who top up their prepaid card at an SBB ticket vending machine between now and 30 November 2004 will receive a 20% bonus credit in addition to the top-up credit they purchase. For example, a customer who selects a top-up amount of CHF 50 will be credited with CHF 60.

Besides SBB ticket vending machines, Swisscom Mobile prepaid customers can use a variety of electronic options to top up their call credit. These include all Postomat machines in post offices throughout Switzerland (approx. 650) and over the counter payment at COOP outlets. NATEL® easy youth, NATEL® easy kid or NATEL® easy can, of course, also be topped up by someone else on the user's behalf.
