Alternative payment methods
As an alternative to paper billing, Swisscom Mobile offers the following practical options: direct debit via the post office or bank. With this method, the billing amount is debited directly from the customer's account free of charge. Another possibility is for customers to receive and pay their NATEL® bills electronically. Post Finance customers can use the yellowbill e-banking service, a system which enables bills to be delivered and paid electronically. For bank clients, Swisscom Mobile offers the eBanking service PayNet. Registration and use of yellowbill and PayNet is free of charge. Both services are extremely ease to use – a few mouse-clicks is all it takes to pay a bill.
By introducing two-monthly bills, Swisscom Mobile will reduce paper consumption while also helping to safeguard natural resources.
