Football fans from outside Switzerland in particular will benefit from the Football Mobile Package: with the UEFA EURO 2008TM half-fare card from the SBB they will be able to travel at half the cost on Swiss and Austrian public transport throughout June 2008. On top of the half-fare card, this combined offer also comprises a Swisscom mobile phone including a prepaid card with initial credit of CHF 20 and 60 minutes of free foreign calls - meaning that regular updates can be given to those back home without having to pay any roaming charges.
The cost of the Football Mobile Package is just CHF 139 including the Nokia 2610 handset, or CHF 89 without the phone. And if you purchase the Football Mobile Package by 31 May, you will pay just CHF 119 or CHF 69 respectively. Swisscom's NATEL easy liberty tariffs apply. The 60 free minutes will apply to calls made in June from Switzerland to all of the countries participating in UEFA Euro 2008TM, as well as to the EU, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Israel, Palestine, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan and many other countries.
This travel and telephony package applies not only on match days, but from 1 June right through to 30 June 2008. A UBS ARENA RailTicket can also be purchased with the Football Mobile Package. This will allow fans to travel from any location in Switzerland to a UBS ARENA and back for just CHF 13. The ticket is booked directly via SMS. For further information please visit www.sbb.ch/euro08
