When it comes to communication solutions, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) have particularly high demands regarding reliability, security and service. To further improve it service for these customers, Swisscom is launching a pilot project for customised SME advice in the Swisscom Shop in Lucerne on 8 May 2009. The so-called Competence Centre for SMEs is one of a raft of measures being implemented by Swisscom to reinforce the notion of service across all target groups.
On 8 May 2009, Swisscom will further expand its offerings for SMEs with a pilot project. In the Competence Centre in the Swisscom Shop on Bahnhofstrasse in Lucerne, specially trained shop staff will offer entrepreneurs support in all aspects of communication. They will provide advice on suitable mobile and Internet access and even examine the possibility of outsourcing the entire ICT infrastructure. Visitors will be able to test products right there and then. Interested customers can make an appointment for a consultation on the Internet at www.swisscom.com/kmukompetenzcenter or in the shop in person. Of course, any customers who turn up at the Competence Centre without an appointment will also be attended to immediately if an employee is free.
After its offerings Swisscom@Home and HomeServiceTeam for Residential Customers, Swisscom is also raising the bar in its service for SME Customers with the Competence Centre. The pilot project will provisionally run for at least a year. The plan is then to extend the service to other locations in Switzerland.
