Swisscom launches new fixed network telephone for fibre-optic lines

Da Vinci is a new generation of fixed network telephones specifically for customers with a fibre-optic connection. This Swisscom IP phone combines stylish design with telephony, information and entertainment. Customers can access contacts, news, weather, the SBB timetable, radio, YouTube and photos via a touchscreen. Swisscom Da Vinci is available now for CHF 299.

The new fixed network telephone combines classic telephony with useful information and entertainment services. It makes it easy to manage your contacts and call lists and offers direct access to the Internet search portal, as well as to news, weather and cinema listings. The integrated SBB timetable also enables you to find train connections in a matter of seconds.

The base station gives you access to over 50 local and national radio stations as well as the video portal YouTube. Using the USB connection, customers can also download music and photos onto the device and play or view them at any time. The fixed line telephone offers the right application for every member of the family thanks to its broad range of usage options. Swisscom Da Vinci consists of a touchscreen telephone and a handset and will also work with existing analogue phones.
