Technical assistance for all your computer and mobile phone questions now available in the form of an annual subscription

From today, the Swisscom HomeServiceTeam will have a new name: Amico. Our team of experts is now available to help customers set up their computers, install their software, build up a home network or to provide highly personalised IT training courses. The service can now be ordered as an annual subscription: the Amico Plus telephone service costs CHF 19 a year, with each order received within that year charged at a flat rate of CHF 19, no matter how long or complex the query.

Over the last four years, the Swisscom HomeServiceTeam has provided more than 50,000 customers with assistance on all aspects of computer use. From today, these experts will be operating under the new name of Amico. On request, this simple assistance can even be provided at home. Subscribers of Amico Plus receive telephone support on, for example, all aspects of installing software, carrying out security checks or synchronising mobile phone data.


Swisscom customers can now also subscribe annually to Amico Plus. This is a one-off payment of CHF 19 per year, with each order received during those 12 months charged at a flat rate of just CHF 19. What's more, customers only pay if the experts can help solve their problem. Amico Plus is only available to customers who order a DSL subscription from Swisscom.
