Swisscom and ICTnet reward the most innovative thesis in the ICT field

Swisscom and ICTnet yesterday presented the Swisscom Innovation Award for the best thesis in the field of ICT. David Bellasi from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich (ETH) impressed the jury with his work on "Design of a Wideband Analog-to-Information Converter for Cognitive Radio". The award from Swisscom makes an important contribution to promoting young talent and innovation over the long term and comes with a cash prize of CHF 10,000.

The Swisscom Innovation Award is presented annually by Swisscom and ICTnet and is aimed at ambitious students in the fields of IT and communications technology. This year's winning project "Design of a Wideband Analog-to-Information Converter for Cognitive Radio" was written by David Bellasi from Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich (ETH).
