Swisscom TV remains number one for football fans: the Sky Sport app will also launch on Swisscom TV

The new Sky Sport app will become part of Swisscom TV: as an integrated app on the Swisscom TV box for home and as a mobile app for many devices for use underway. This means that Swisscom TV customers will have access to all Bundesliga, UEFA Champions and UEFA Europa League games broadcast by Sky as well as additional international sporting highlights.

The new Sky Sport app will be available to Swisscom TV customers this year. Swisscom customers can thus enjoy the live broadcasts of the Sky Sport app in comfort and optimal quality on their televisions. The mobile app is available for use away from home on a variety of mobile devices. As well as football, the Sky Sport app offers countless other international sporting highlights – for instance, tennis, golf, handball and Formula 1. Detailed information relating to the new offer will be communicated by Sky shortly.

 

In combination with the live Teleclub broadcasts of amongst other things the Raiffeisen Super League and the Brack.ch Challenge League – plus countless other top European leagues – Swisscom TV offers a volume of football unmatched in Switzerland. “2018 will be an exciting football year”, says Dirk Wierzbitzki, Head of Products & Marketing and a Group Executive Board member. “I am pleased that we will soon also be able to offer the Sky Sport app to our customers."
