The connect Mobile Shop Test carried out checks at 78 shops in 13 towns and cities across Switzerland, examining criteria including shop layout and facilities, ambiance, attitude of shop staff and the quality of tariff, device and service advice given. Swisscom was the overall winner across all categories and impressed the judges in each of the test criteria, with the highest score ever awarded in Switzerland. Indeed, staff attitudes were deemed to be “outstanding” (scoring 48/50).
Swisscom also comes out on top in terms of the digital service it offers customers. In September, the My Swisscom app came first in the connect Service App test. The app performed the best in the security test and took first place in Switzerland and in the test’s overall country rankings.
