The salary increase of 0.9% will take effect from 1 April 2022 for the 10,000 Swisscom employees subject to the collective employment agreement. Most employees receive a general salary increase to account for inflation. The amount varies depending on the position in the salary band. There will be no salary increase for employees earning above the salary band.

Klementina Pejic, CPO Swisscom: “In 2021, Swisscom employees showed great commitment to our customers and to Swisscom in a challenging environment. We have achieved excellent results. This year’s salary increase is an expression of our thanks to them. As a good employer, it is important for us to pay market-driven salaries in addition to attractive fringe benefits. In line with this, I am pleased with the agreement reached with the social partners.”

Daniel Hügli, Head of ICT at syndicom: “In 2021, the employees continued to make a significant contribution to a high-performance infrastructure and high quality of service to the public. The outcome of the negotiations takes this into account.”

Robert Métrailler, Head of Communication: “For transfair, it was important to take into account the rise in inflation, Swisscom’s solid financial result and, above all, the extraordinary commitment of the employees in a disrupted working world. These factors contributed to this very positive salary result.”
