Enterprise Mobile has the right mobile subscription for every SME. Thanks to the range of inclusive Multi Device options, SMEs can enjoy flexible surfing and calls on more than one device, allowing them to increase efficiency and optimise communication with employees, customers and partners.
The new mobile subscriptions provide access to a premium speed of up to 2 Gbit/s. This high speed allows fast surfing and smooth data transfers, even with resource-intensive documents. Prioritised data transmission ensures that customers enjoy an optimal mobile surfing experience, even in the busiest areas. This guarantees a reliable Internet connection and minimises potential interruptions during business-critical activities. Depending on the subscription type (and the zones included), SMEs can also enjoy unlimited data. Even outside the included zones, Enterprise Mobile comes with an annual data allowance, depending on subscription type.
The new My Swisscom Business self-service portal has an intuitive user interface, which customers can easily use to order, configure and manage their subscriptions, options and devices.
Previously available only to Enterprise Customers, Microsoft Teams Telephony Mobile is now also being offered exclusively to Swiss SMEs with the Enterprise Mobile subscription. Microsoft Teams Telephony Mobile combines the mobile network and Microsoft Teams in a single app. This means that one mobile number can be used to make national and international calls via Teams anywhere on any device. SME employees can therefore make calls from their preferred mobile number directly through Teams and benefit from a consistent presence status, voice mail and call history across all devices. This guarantees seamless communication between fixed network, mobile telephony and Teams calls, whether you are using a smartphone, tablet, laptop or PC. Swisscom is thus setting new standards in end-to-end communications for SMEs.
