Patrick, congratulations signing the partnership with Salesforce. What is the reason behind?

Swisscom is one of the leading ICT companies in Switzerland, and Salesforce, the #1 AI Customer Relationship Management platform. I am very happy to join forces in the Swiss market with such a significant player. By combining Swisscom's CX expertise with Salesforce's leading-edge technologies, we aim to improve customer engagement and deliver innovative solutions.

How do you plan to improve customer engagement through the partnership?

The partnership will result in joint initiatives in CRM including artificial intelligence, sales automation, customer service, e-commerce, and digital marketing, enhancing the digital landscape for businesses of all sizes in Switzerland. Under the terms of the agreement, Swisscom will act as Salesforce's consulting and integration partner for all industries. The delivery of Salesforce activities will be overseen by OWT, a Swisscom subsidiary and leading brand for digitalization expertise.

What new offers are available to Swiss companies thanks to the partnership?

Swisscom will be integrating all the solutions that are part of the Salesforce platform ecosystem like Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and others, training users, servicing the platform and identifying new prospects. Einstein 1, for example brings #1 CRM apps together with safe and secure AI and data on one integrated platform so companies can grow relationships, productivity, and their bottom line - no matter what size of the company. The services mentioned above are an addition to the existing Swisscom portfolio.
