In contrast to international platforms, Swisscom guarantees that user data will not be used for profiling, third-party processing or to train LLMs. Data is processed on the AWS (Amazon Web Services) infrastructure while remaining entirely under Swisscom’s control. When developing myAI, Swisscom’s ambition was to create a digital companion that would make day-to-day life easier – for anyone who values ease of use, transparency and a clear anchoring in Switzerland.

Besides ensuring the highest levels of data protection, Swisscom did not want its customers to have to set up yet another login with a largely unknown provider. Accessing myAI couldn’t be simpler and, if the Pro model is used, even the billing process is impressively straightforward via the Swisscom bill.
