Service excellence at Swisscom: first place for hotline, shops and app

Swisscom has chalked up a triple victory in the latest series of connect tests, with its hotline, shops and service app once again coming out on top in Switzerland. That puts Swisscom in the lead for every service channel, confirming its position as number one for service quality.

Hotline is number one for availability and expertise

In both hotline tests (landline and mobile) Swisscom improved on its excellent results from last year, setting a new record in 2025. Hotline staff raised the bar again for the quality of their advice and their availability, for the first time achieving a score of “outstanding”. That means customers find the answers and advice they receive to be quick, reliable, professional and of the highest quality. connect also rated hotline staff “outstanding” for friendliness and quality of communication.

My Swisscom app: “outstanding” and far ahead of the field

The My Swisscom app performed equally well, scoring 495 out of a possible 500 points in the service app test. The features, user friendliness and modern design of the app rated particularly highly. And in the security category, it received top marks across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

The app enables customers to easily manage their products and services on their own – round the clock from anywhere. It also makes it simple for customers to contact Swisscom, offering them a choice of chat, phone call or callback.

Swisscom Shops set the standard for face-to-face service

connect also again awarded top scores for in-person service at the Swisscom Shops. This marks the fifth year in a row that Swisscom has received first place in Switzerland in this area. Shop staff even added two points to this year’s overall score and were rated “outstanding” for the advice they provide on devices and their professional demeanour.

This triple victory for Swisscom again confirms that Swisscom customers receive the best service in Switzerland – online, over the phone and in person.
