Fourth consecutive win in the connect mobile hotline test

Of particular importance to the test victory and accordingly the most heavily weighted factor was the accuracy and reliability of the information provided by hotline agents, for which Swisscom was rated ‘outstanding’. Swisscom was also rated ‘outstanding’ for ‘accessibility’, ‘friendliness’ and for its ‘voice response system’. Swisscom not only reaffirmed its outstanding performance from the previous year, but also surpassed its 2025 record by one point – securing pole position in the connect mobile hotline test for the fourth consecutive year.
