To ensure compliance with our high ecological and social standards, regular audits are performed to ensure that identified areas of weakness have been addressed. Under the auspices of the JAC, an international alliance of telco companies jointly plans and conducts CSR audits of their suppliers. Swisscom has been a member of the JAC since 2012.
