The brand new Audi Q4 e-tron represents the future of electric mobility from Audi. To present the possibilities of the e-tron to new interested parties, AMAG organised exclusive test drives. AMAG opted for Swisscom's event management software Zoon to organise the more than 240 events at around 13 locations. The decisive factor in choosing Zoon was the ability of our specialised project managers to implement the project at short notice.
For AMAG, multilingual event websites were configured for each of the 13 locations throughout Switzerland to register for the test drives. Thanks to Zoon, AMAG was able to maintain an overview at all times, allocate the number of participants per location, offer multilingual registrations and generate automatic confirmation emails. The overview made it possible to launch specific, regional marketing measures to promote the test days. In addition, a specific, detailed report with the origin of the hits was prepared for AMAG for the detailed evaluation after the events.
