In November 2018, the Samsung Hall in Stettbach (Zurich) hosted the Annual General Meeting of Aryzta AG. A new location was chosen, which meant that the design and set-up of the overall concept had to be changed compared to the previous year’s AGM.

Aryzta AG called on Swisscom Event & Media Solutions to carry out the event. Our experts advised the customer on stage and venue layout, on design and, naturally, on technical issues as well.

Along with the planning and implementation of the AV technology, we were also entrusted with the conference technology, stage design and the screen design. Coordinating between disciplines, we worked with our partners to ensures a harmonious, high-quality presentation for Aryzta AG at this important event.
