At the Europa Forum Lucerne, business, science and politics meet for an international dialogue. Selected top representatives from the fields of business and politics speak at the summit about the latest developments in Europe and their impact on Switzerland. Over 1,000 guests gather in Lucerne for the event each spring and autumn.

Swisscom Event & Media Solutions’s main responsibility at the Europa Forum was the creation of video content. More precisely, the production of videos from interviews conducted on the street reflecting opinions and trends among the population regarding the European elections. Along with photos and footage of the event, this content was edited in the EFL newsroom and prepared for the live congress programme and EFL’s social media channels.

We were also responsible for the entire badge and registration process. We ensured that all guests, VIPs and keynote speakers received their personal accreditation via invitation management. Sufficient check-in stations enabled us to avoid waiting times and ensure rapid entry.
