The Customer Care Centre (CCC) is there for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our employees will assist you with your enquiries quickly and professionally.
The CCC works in close collaboration with the Network Management Centre (NMC). The NMC monitors all transmitter sites and services constantly. If an alarm is triggered, the cause of the fault is immediately identified and rectified.
We will keep you up to date regarding any downtime or faults. The CCC will also inform you in advance about any planned work and the current state of your police radio network. In addition, we coordinate and supervise access to all our sites to ensure only authorised people gain entry.
