The Customer Care Centre (CCC) is there for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our employees will quickly and professionally assist you with your enquiries.
The CCC works in close collaboration with the Network Management Centre (NMC). The NMC constantly monitors all transmitter sites and services. If an alarm is triggered, the cause of the fault is immediately identified and rectified.
We will keep you up to date regarding any downtime or faults. The CCC will also inform you in advance about any planned work and the current state of your broadcasts and services. In addition, we coordinate and supervise access to all our sites to ensure only authorised people gain entry.
