We run the switchboard for the federal administration in four languages and service some 25,000 calls every month. We also answer contact enquiries on behalf of the Federal Chancellery and maintain some 45,000 data records.
We handle commercial and technical customer service for KITAG Kino-Theater AG, which is part of the Cinetrade Group and whose annual screenings in excess of 100,000 make it the largest cinema operator in German-speaking Switzerland.
In addition to customer care services and technical helpdesk services, we operate diverse information services for Swisscom.
